The location is fantastic, with great local schools; close to town and a local shops in case you run out of milk or fancy a fresh pastry! In the spring, the local forest, (behind Batchwood golf course) fills with bluebells and is a beautiful place for a local walk. The house has a large garden with a fig tree that was a clipping from our family in Italy and when they are ripe, they are delicious.
